- Thorough inventory of your search profile and housing needs.
- Active search and selection of available properties that meet your requirements and search profile, including a comprehensive market research.
- Evaluation of viewings and dossier preparation.
- Negotiate rental terms with the landlord.
- Drafting a solid rental agreement, also in English if necessary.
- Coordinate the signing of the lease agreement.
- Organizing the delivery of the property.
- Preparation of a detailed and professional inspection report upon commencement of tenancy. Including photographs, meter readings, checking keys, inventory check and recording any defects.
